  Entry Improvement Update
Thank you to everyone for your patience through the process for the entry improvements. As you all know, the project took much longer than originally anticipated, but the project is coming to an end. The Board anticipates that all of the finishing touches will be completed by the end of August. Upon notification by the contractor that the work is complete, the Board will conduct one last inspection to ensure that everything is complete and ready for sign off.

  Monthly Billing Statement Message
Board meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of January, April, July & October. Watch for the quarterly Board meeting agendas posted on the bulletin board next to the exit gate for the date, time, and location.
